The Porkie Pie Taste Guarantee applies to supplement products purchased within 30 days from the date of your order or purchase. A valid proof of purchase must be provided. For products purchased through a distributor, a proof of purchase must also accompany the claim.
We will exchange the product for another of equivalent value. If you choose to exchange it for a product of:
Higher value – you’ll simply pay the difference.
Lesser value – we will refund you the difference.
No suitable alternative – we will offer a full refund.
Porkie Pie reserves the right to decline the Taste Guarantee if:
You are in breach of our Website and Trading Terms & Conditions.
You have previously breached our Website and Trading Terms & Conditions.
We have evidence suggesting that the offer, promotion, or guarantee is being abused based on your prior transaction history.
This Taste Guarantee does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by law.
Porkie Pie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue this Taste Guarantee at any time, without notice and for any reason.
