- Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us at info@porkiepie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order details and a clear photo or video of the damaged or faulty item. Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund process.
- Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products: If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Unhappy with the Product or Experience: We value your feedback and want to ensure you have a positive experience with us. If you are unhappy with the product or have any concerns, please reach out to our support team at info@porkiepie.com.au. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right.
Porkie Pie Taste Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
· The Porkie Pie Taste Guarantee applies to supplement products purchased within 30 days from the date of your order or purchase. A valid proof of purchase must be provided. For products purchased through a distributor, a proof of purchase must also accompany the claim. Return of the product will be at your own expense.
· We will exchange the product for another of equivalent value. If you choose to exchange it for a product of:
o Higher value – you’ll simply pay the difference.
o Lesser value – we will refund you the difference.
o No suitable alternative – we will offer a full refund.
· Porkie Pie reserves the right to decline the Taste Guarantee if:
o You are in breach of our Website and Trading Terms & Conditions.
o You have previously breached our Website and Trading Terms & Conditions.
o We have evidence suggesting that the offer, promotion, or guarantee is being abused based on your prior transaction history.
· This Taste Guarantee does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by law.
· Porkie Pie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue this Taste Guarantee at any time, without notice and for any reason.
